Event/Vendor Details are as follows:
Date: April 4, 2026, 9:00 am until 12:00 noon
Vendor Fee: $75 (Vendors may be eligible for a reduced registration fee by providing an approved in-kind donation valued at $75 or any portion thereof).

Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM
Breakdown Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Booth Space: 10 x 10 tent (No tables, chairs, or electricity provided)

Organizer Use of Photos/Promotion: Vendor grants permission for event photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.

Hold Harmless Agreement: The vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Well Woman Ministries and Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, including their officers, members, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Compassion and Care in Community event.

Refund / Cancellation Policy: Please note vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host organization.
